I was born at Stanford Hospital and raised in Pasadena, California. I currently live and work in the Eastern Sierra. 
My day job entails working with United Way IWV as a public relations and media consultant and I am also writing a community affairs blog for GateHouse Media at Ridgecrestca.com called "The Voice of Ridgecrest." 
I've had a lot of careers in my life - professional athlete, actor, singer, songwriter, journalist, sports commentator, environmentalist and blogger - whew!

But what I've enjoyed most is writing. Since I was 3-years-old, I have had a passionate love affair with the written word.
